Day 01 : Arrival
Arrival at the International airport of Tunis - Welcome, assistance & transfer to
El Hana international Hotel 4 * , or Similar in Tunis
Dinner & accommodation.
Day 02 : Tunis / Carthage / Sidi Bou Said
After breakfast departure to visit the Bardo Museum, famous for its impressive and finest collections of
mosaics.. You will be impressed by its Punic vestiges, its array of Roman mosaics and its unique sculptures!.....
Free time, and on to a walking tour in TUNIS.
Visit of the old medina of Tunis with its famous EZ-ZITOUNA mosque and its bustling souks!......
Lunch in restaurant “ La Victoire “ or similar .
Visit of the ancient CARTHAGE…..splendid Antonine Spas, its Amphitheatre, its theatre, its Punic Port and Roman villas.....
On to Sidi Bou Said, a splendid maurish village, perched on its headland and wreathed in flowers, where you
can enjoy a unique peppermint tea.
Back to the Hotel El Hana International 4*  Dinner & accommodation
Day 03 : Tunis / Kairouan / Tozeur
After breakfast departure to first religious Capital of the Moslem World.
Visit of its Great Mosque or the Mosque of Sidi Okba, one of the most beautiful monuments in the
Moslem world....
On to visit the Mausoleum of Sidi Sahbi.
Continuation to Sbeitla, lunch : restaurant “ BAKINI ” or similar, Visit of The ancient SUFEITULA, founded in 69 by Vespasian. You will be impressed by its Diocletian’s majestic triumphal arch, its three magnificent Temples dedicated to Jupiter, Juno and Minerva, its Forum.... Visit- free time.
Continuation to Tozeur via Gafsa , a mining city which is still priding in its Roman Tanks.
Installing at hotel Phedra 3 * or similar in Tozeur
Day 04 : Tozeur / Douz / Kebili
AM: Free at leisure
OPTIONAL: Visit in 4x4 vehicles of the most famous Mountain Oases: Chebika and Tamerza, a
suspended paradise !!.... Free time - Back to Tozeur . lunch in hotel Phedra 3 * or similar PM: Visit of the famous traditional Museum of Art and Culture, «Dar Chraiet»  On to Douz, the Gateway to the desert ...
Douz is a town of sandy houses and dusty roads, jealously preserving its ancestral habits through its
traditional market on Thursday, its dromedary skin crafts and its Berber jewellery.....On to Kebili the most important of the Nefzaoua Oases, bordering on Chott El Djerid.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel Oasis 4* in Kebili or similar.
Day 05 : Kebili / Matmata / Gabes
Early Wake - Up
Optional: You can enjoy a dromedary ride in the vast sea of sand!...Departure to Gabes via Matmata. , the star of the Tunisian South...Visit of its unique underground Troglodyte dwellings used by Steven SPIELBERG to great effect in his famous films « Star War » & « Raiders of the lost Ark ».... Lunch in Diar El Berber in Matmata .
On to Gabes. Dinner and overnight in hotel Chems Gabes 3 * or similar
Day 06 : Gabes / Djerba / Gabes
After breakfast, departure to Djerba . Visit the charming Island of Djerba, with:
 « The GHRIBA », a famous spiritual & pilgrimage centre, and one of the oldest synagogues in the world,
where a sole 8 centuries old Torah is conserved...
«GUELLELA», the picturesque village of potters, famous for the beauty of its unique pottery «the gods
of clay».....;
«HOUMT SOUK», the economic and administrative quarter of the Island, and famous market where you
get each Monday and Thursday an intense hustle and bustle!.....
Visit of Djerba typical Souks, famous for its unique artisan products, such as multicoloured cloths, woollen
blankets, and superb silver jewellery....Free time, Shopping & lunch in a restaurant Haroun in Djerba.
back to Gabes via the bac. Installing at the Chems hotel 03 *. Dinner & accommodation.
Day 07 : Gabes / Sfax / El Jem / Hammamet or Tunis
After breakfast, departure to Sfax via Gabes, the most famous maritime oasis, whose palm trees sweep to the
Mediterranean sea
Optional: you can enjoy a carriage drive through the Oasis ( to be paid on the spot ) Visit of the ancient town and its typical spices market.
On to Sfax, lunch in Donia Hotel 3 *, or similar Continuation to El Jem, the ancient thysdrus. Visit of its famous colosseum, its mosaic collection and its archaeological excavations
Dinner and accommodation at Hotel El Hana International 4*  in Tunis or similar.
Day 08: Departure
Breakfast & Transfer to the Airport. Assistance upon departure.

- In case of bad weather, Religious Feasts or public holidays, the Tour itinerary could be modified (or
unversed), respecting all the visits mentioned in this program.
- For Clients arriving Sunday, TUNIS visit will take place the Last day of the Tour (Saturday).
