1. Choose the Hotel you would like to book and two other Hotels in case the first one appears to be fully booked
2. Complete the booking form with your details and submit it online.

3. Proceed with the Online payment of the required deposit ( £ 50.00 per booking ) using the Paypal Button
4. We will check availability and send you a confirmation email .
5. In case of  no availability of the requested Hotels, We will propose a similar one.
6. If  the proposed Hotel don't meet your requirement, the deposit paid ( £ 50.00 ) will be refunded to you less £ 10.00 covering our file & handling fees.
7. Your accommodation and transfer vouchers will be posted to you after the final payment.

B ) Payment

Deposit £ 50.00 per booking

Bookings made within eight weeks of the start of your holidays must be paid in full on receipt of your confirmation letter or email. If you book more than eight weeks in advance you can either pay in full, or pay the required deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior to the start of your holidays.

C ) Cancellation Policy

• One Month prior the arrival date = No cancellation fees
• Less than one month befare arrival date =  30% of the total invoice will be charged
• Less than Two Weeks arrival date = 50% of the total invoice will be charged
• No-Show = No Refund will be granted
